If we are unable to resolve the issue with your Scratch & Dent product, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and refund your purchase price after the item is received back into our warehouse and it is inspected to verify that the product is in the same condition as it was in when it shipped out, including the original packaging, and that the contents are complete. If the product is returned with cosmetic flaws other than those than those that were preexisting before the unit was shipped out, it comes back damaged, or the contents are incomplete, a Restocking Fee will Apply.
