This high-speed HDMI cable securely connects 8K media servers, laptops, video recorders/decoders, Blu-ray players and gaming consoles to UHD televisions, monitors, projectors and audio receivers. It is recommended for factories, warehouses, recycling plants, machine shops and other industrial environments, as well as outdoor environments susceptible to rain, such as stadiums and shopping centers.

This cable supports 48Gbps bandwidth for 8K applications with no latency or loss. Because this active cable uses optical fiber, it minimizes signal degradation common to long copper cable runs and delivers dependable 8K video in high-interference spaces. It’s an ideal cable for premium digital signage and rapid-motion video transmission with 8K sources and displays.

The P568FA series supports 8K (7680 x 4320) at 60 Hz or 4K (3840 x 2160) at 120 Hz with full 48 Gbps bandwidth for high-quality video transmission. Dynamic HDR offers a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your display. HDCP 2.3 encryption allows you to stream 8K or 4K content with no loss in resolution. This HDMI cable also supports 4:4:4 chroma, 3D video, 48-bit Deep Color, EDID/DDC and eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) for uncompressed multi-channel audio to soundbars and AVRs.

Triple shielding filters out disruptive electromagnetic and radio frequency interference that can inflict hardware damage or data loss. This EMI/RFI filtering also helps your connected components perform better and last longer.

The crush-resistant silicone plenum jacket offers protection when the cable is installed outdoors or in other harsh environments. DuPont Kevlar reinforcement resists heat and provides tensile strength to the cable when it is bent or pulled. This type of cable construction provides ideal protection in outdoor or industrial applications where the cable is exposed to crushing, cuts and abrasion.

Because fiber cables are slimmer and more flexible than standard copper cables, the P568FA series makes cable pulls easier in conduits and industrial areas. It draws power from the connected device, so no external power supply is needed to send the HDMI signal across the longer distances unique to fiber optic cabling. Note: The cable must be installed in the correct direction to function properly, so check the Source and Display labels on the connectors before installation.
