Information Technology Enterprise Solutions–4 Hardware (ITES-4H)

 

Contract Summary

ITES-4H is a multiple-award, IDIQ contract vehicle that serves as the Army’s primary source for world-class, cost-effective IT hardware and solutions supporting enterprise infrastructure goals. All equipment must integrate seamlessly with Army NetOps capabilities, meet DOD/DA interoperability and security standards, and support long-term modernization efforts such as GIG, FCS, IA, and IPv6. Managed by CHESS/Digital Market in coordination with ACC-RI, the program emphasizes hardware that can be updated or enhanced over time. While software offered under ITES-4H does not require a Certificate of Networthiness, contractors must identify any products with legacy CoNs, RMF assessments, or inclusion in other approved DOD programs.
In-Scope Products
ITES-4H covers the purchase and lease of a full range of commercial IT hardware and supporting solutions, including UNIX and non-UNIX servers, desktops, laptops, workstations, thin/zero clients, storage systems, networking and wireless equipment, printers, peripherals, cabling, and VTC products. The scope also includes standalone displays, scanners, EoIP devices, communication and power equipment, as well as software (ESA, Non-ESA, SmartBUY, and Non-SmartBUY), warranties, accessories, incidental services, and configurable options needed to support Army IT missions.

Eligible Users
Ordering is open to the Army, other DOD agencies, and all other Federal Agencies, and authorized Government contractors supporting these agencies. Ordering is decentralized.
