Sourcewell

Sourcewell is a government-established service cooperative based in Minnesota. It develops national cooperative purchasing contracts for eligible public sector and nonprofit entities—including government, education, and public safety agencies

Sourcewell’s procurement team designs and oversees competitive solicitations (RFPs and IFBs), managing public notice, evaluation, and award to responsible vendors.

Eligible SLED (state, local government, education) organizations can register and participate for free, with no obligation or commitment to purchase, and only vendors pay contract administration fees—sending benefits directly to buyers.

Agencies use Sourcewell contracts by browsing the catalog, obtaining vendor quotes, and issuing purchase orders using their Sourcewell account number—no separate RFP required.
