The SRTHERMDUCT kit can change a standard Tripp Lite SmartRack 42-48U enclosure into sealed passive cooling structure that allows heat that is exhausted from equipment to be vented upwards into the facility CRAC / HVAC air return system. This improves cooling efficiency in Tripp Lite standard rack enclosures as the adjustable roof-mounted thermal duct moves air upward and out of the rack enclosure. It is compatible with standard 42-48U SmartRack Enclosures (available separately). The thermal duct adjusts between 20.5-34.5 inches when assembled.
