On average, the battery lasts for 66 watt hours and can be recharged. The Lithium-Ion technology ensures a safe flow of power and each battery is safeguarded against damage from incorrect voltage with over-discharge protection. However, it is not compatible with the ThinkPad External Battery Charger (40Y7625).
