The KIOXIA 15360GB CD8P-R Series PCIe 5.0 NVMe 2.0 E3.S Internal Solid State Drive is a read intensive data center NVMe drive optimized to support a broad range of scale-out and cloud applications including big data/IoT, online transaction processing and virtualization. Built with a PCIe 5.0 (32 GT/s x4) interface, the CD8P-R Series delivers consistent performance with high random read and write speeds, realizing a 60 percent to 80 percent increase in sequential read performance when compared to previous generation PCIe solid state drives. It also features KIOXIA BiCS FLASH generation 5 TLC flash memory delivering 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) of endurance, making it well-suited for hyperscale data center applications.
