Most manufacturers offer a standard warranty against defects. Such warranties typically cover the product for at least 30 days from the date of invoice.

To look up basic warranty information online, find the product using one of our searches and click on the product name. Warranty information is listed under "Product Details" near the bottom of the page.

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

Authorized warranty work

Connection is an authorized repair center for many major hardware brands. Our factory-trained, CompTIA certified technicians welcome warranty and non-warranty repairs regardless of where your hardware was purchased. We strive to complete the repair and return equipment within 48 hours of receiving it.
