PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing
Contract Summary
PEPPM (Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program for Microcomputers) is a national cooperative purchasing program for technology products and services. It is administered by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
PEPPM contracts are competitively solicited and awarded by a lead public agency. Eligible public sector entities—including K–12 schools, colleges and universities, libraries, state and local governments, and other non-profit organizations—can use PEPPM contracts to purchase from awarded vendors without conducting their own bid process.
Contracts awarded through PEPPM comply with applicable local, state, and federal procurement regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 (EDGAR). Purchases may be made directly through the PEPPM platform or by referencing the contract number when placing orders with the vendor.

Contact your Account Manager or call Connection at 1.800.800.0019 and dial “5” for State Government, Local Government, K–12, and Higher Education sales.
Order Submission Reminder
- Buyers should send PEPPM quotes and POs to orders@peppm.org for review and archiving.
- The PO will then be sent to you via the Epylon eCommerce system.
- If you receive a PO directly from a buyer, forward it to orders@peppm.org to ensure bid compliance.
