PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing

 

Contract Summary

PEPPM (Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program for Microcomputers) is a national cooperative purchasing program for technology products and services. It is administered by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

PEPPM contracts are competitively solicited and awarded by a lead public agency. Eligible public sector entities—including K–12 schools, colleges and universities, libraries, state and local governments, and other non-profit organizations—can use PEPPM contracts to purchase from awarded vendors without conducting their own bid process.

Contracts awarded through PEPPM comply with applicable local, state, and federal procurement regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 (EDGAR). Purchases may be made directly through the PEPPM platform or by referencing the contract number when placing orders with the vendor.

Order Submission Reminder
  • Buyers should send PEPPM quotes and POs to orders@peppm.org for review and archiving.
  • The PO will then be sent to you via the Epylon eCommerce system.
  • If you receive a PO directly from a buyer, forward it to orders@peppm.org to ensure bid compliance.
