Cindy Daniels is a Professional Learning Specialist for Connection with a strong background in school leadership and pedagogy. Her experience covers 10 years of classroom teaching and 13 years as a school administrator. She spent nine years as a principal presenting to teachers, district leadership and school boards to support the improvement of instructional pedagogy in schools. Cindy is MIE Certified, an MIE Expert, and a certified MIE Master Trainer. She strategically prepares schools/districts with Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, Outlook, and Copilot for education. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA and received her Master’s of School Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.

Business Development Specialist, Connection

Courtney Samperi is a Business Development Specialist at Connection, where she focuses on Microsoft Cloud Solutions for Education. Based in New England, she brings over a decade of experience in tech and sales, with a passion for helping schools adopt scalable, cloud-based solutions. Since joining Connection in 2024, she’s led initiatives around EDU licensing, Azure, and Microsoft Copilot. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and two dogs, watching football, and relaxing on New England’s beaches.

Danny Caballero
Business Development Specialist, Connection

Danny Caballero is a Business Development Specialist at Connection specializing in Windows Devices in the public sector space. Although he’s newer to the Connection team, Danny is no stranger to the industry. Upon graduating from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights, Charge On!) with a BS in Biomedical Sciences, Danny spent several years working as a healthcare professional before pivoting his career to Business Development serving accounts in the public sector vertical with an emphasis in healthcare and education. If not working or relaxing on the couch with his corgi, Archie, you can probably find Danny at an airport or travelling on a plane.
