National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM)

Cyber security is an increasingly important part of our personal and professional lives. To engage and educate Americans on proper online security etiquette, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Cyber Security Alliance created National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM). Every October, Connection raises awareness about cyber security and sharing valuable resources to keep America safer and more secure online.
For example, in a recent survey we conducted in partnership with IDG, we discovered that 50% of organizations experienced at least one security breach in the last 12 months. 55% of organizations also said that cost was their biggest obstacle to creating an effective security strategy. Stay tuned all month long for advice from our experts on building a strong, cost-effective security plan.
