Elizio Medical Monitor Solutions

EIZO

Changing the Imaging Paradigm

EIZO offers a wide range of complete visual solutions—from monitors to quality control software and tools—to meet the medical imaging demands of hospitals and healthcare environments. With advances in medical imaging technology, hospitals are handling a wider variety and larger volume of data. As a result, it is increasingly common for medical facilities to use a mix of different monitors to interpret images. EIZO has the know-how and experience, as a specialist in monitor manufacturing, to improve the quality of medical care.

Elizio products
  • RadiForce supports a medical organization’s need for different monitors with DICOM Part 14 standard calibration and high-performance capabilities, required for precise diagnoses. The size and volume of a medical image varies from modality to modality, and it’s important to choose a display with the appropriate resolution for a specific image type. RadiForce medical monitors come in a variety of sizes, resolutions, and features to meet an organization’s viewing needs.

  • RadiCS provides total support for the quality maintenance and control of client monitors, covering everything from calibration to acceptance and constancy tests, calibration asset, and historical management. Compliant with AAPM, DIN, IEC and other standards, RadiCS enables precise QC with easy-to-follow procedures.

  • RadiNET Pro enables unified QC management of multiple monitors used in Picture, Archive, and Communications Systems (PACS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS),and Radiology Information Management Systems (RIS). As well as reducing the workload of monitor administrators and maintenance service managers, this process dramatically cuts support and maintenance costs.

EIZO now supports New York State and City PDM QC Guidelines. Both RadiCS and RadiNET Pro also provide optional customized guidelines. Whether using preset or custom guidelines, EIZO displays meet the latest medical standards and individual facility requirements.

Recommended by Radiologists

A research study conducted by the University of Arizona demonstrated reader efficiency of the 8 megapixel RadiForce RX850 compared with dual 5 megapixel monitors when viewing mammography images. The study showed that on average the radiologists saved 10% of the time viewing and scanning the images on a single 8 megapixel screen compared to the dual 5 megapixel monitors, improving the workflow. In addition, the RadiForce RX850 had the same diagnostic accuracy as the 5 megapixel monitors.
