Maintenance contracts are sold for annual periods and include access to TROY Tech Support Expertise via telephone/email. TROY will assist customers under contract to solve issues relating to MICR products and applications. For on-site support plans, “Same Day” responses will be provided within 4 business hours, Monday thru Friday 8-5 local time (excluding holidays). For “Next Day” plans, response is 9 business hours, Monday thru Friday 8-5 local time (excluding holidays). All customers who purchase onsite service are required to register their service agreement for activation online.
