HP Software (HPSW) Enterprise Support helps you maximize downtime and minimize costs by providing comprehensive technical support and updates for HP Software. Enterprise Standard support is available 24 hours per day, Monday through Sunday, 365 days per year.
Response time is dependent on the priority of the systems involved, with respose times of four hours for major feature or function failures, and six hours for minor feature or function failures. Routine requests such as documentation or general information will be fulfilled within one business day. An upgrade to prioritized support may be purchased separately to provide one-hour support for production systems.
